We all make mistakes, but when a newspaper makes one, the correction or retraction is often harder to find than the original error. This regularly updated site, called Regret the Error, prominently displays all sorts of media-related gaffes. First they show you the error or misprint, then they link you to the correction, retractions or clarifications. Personally, it's amazing me to me there aren't MORE errors. Cranking out a daily newspaper is WAY easier said than done ... Having said that, when you or something you care about is the error, now you're archived twice. Ugh!
