We got a lot of response to this story this week, so we thought we'd keep it up over weekend ...There are American-made choices choices for buying toys, but you're not likely to find them in the aisles of your local Target or Walmart. Grab a toy off the shelf, take a quick glance at the back of the box and you're likely to see the words, "Made in China." To find the largest selection of toys Made in the U.S.A, the Web is probably your best bet. We searched for you & here's what we came up with .......

A recent AOL News Poll reveals nearly 80% of consumers are concerned over toy safety. Not good news for toy retailers as we head into the biggest toy buying season of the year. The latest major recall of 4.2 million units of China-made toy, Aqua Dots, has prompted some consumers to begin seeking out American-made toys. But buying toys "Made in the U.S.A." can be easier said than done – 80% of toys sold in the U.S. are manufactured in China.

Consumers look for the "MADE IN AMERICA" Flag
Retailers know consumers are hunting for American-made toys, and according to this Detroit News story – Made in America tops Holiday Toy Lists – some are asking American toy makers to increase the size of the "Made in America Flags" on packaging.
